BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a development agreement with Fidentia Development Corporation for
Phase II of the Stedman Building Project.
