R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the 1990 Street Overlay
Project; and,
WHEREAS, BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. , of Beaumont, submitted
a bid in the amount of $2, 101,562 .56; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. of Beaumont,
Texas, in the amount of $2, 101, 562 .56 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
