R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing to consider the 1990-1991 fiscal budget of
the City shall be held at 7: 00 P.M. on September 4, 1990, in the
City Council Chambers, City of Beaumont, Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing to consider
the five-year Capital Program for fiscal years 1991 through 1995
shall be held at 7 : 00 P.M. on September 4, 1990, in the City
Council Chambers, City of Beaumont, Texas. The City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice of such hearing
as provided by the City Charter.
