WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to
furnish liquid polymer; and,
WHEREAS, Callaway Chemical Company of Columbus, Georgia
submitted a bid in the amount of $.83 per pound; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Callaway Chemical Company of Columbus, Georgia in the
amount of $.83 per pound is the best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Callaway Chemical Company of Columbus,
Georgia in the amount of $.83 per pound be accepted for an annual
contract to furnish liquid polymer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
