R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a railroad pipeline crossing contract with the Kansas City Southern
Railway Company with a one time fee of $2, 000. 00 for the proposed
16" water line crossing MLK at Fulton.
