R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the repair and
replacement of the roof at the Harvest Club located at the Fair
Grounds on Gulf Street; and,
WHEREAS, Jleeco Builders of Beaumont, Texas, submitted
a bid in the amount of $11,616.00 plus $.40 per board foot for
lumber replacement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Jleeco Builders is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Jleeco Builders of Beaumont in the amount
of $11, 616. 00.00 plus $.40 per board foot for lumber replacement
of the roof at the Harvest Club be accepted.
