WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)
Brush Chipper to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Industrial Disposal Supply Company of Houston,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $14,879.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Industrial Disposal Supply Company of Houston, Texas
is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Industrial Disposal Supply Company of
Houston, Texas in the amount of $14,879. 00 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont for one (1) Brush Chipper to be used by the Parks and
Recreation Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
