R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS bids were received for the 1990 Street
Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program Recycling and Repaving of
Asphalt Pavement; and,
WHEREAS, Cutler Repaving, Inc. of Lawrence, Kansas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $1,226, 186.85; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Cutler Repaving, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cutler Repaving, Inc. , of Lawrence,
Kansas, in the amount of $1,226, 186.85 for the 1990 Street
Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program Recycling and Repaving of
Asphalt Pavement be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
