R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one
eighteen (18) foot step side van to be used by the Fire
Department's underwater rescue team; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Pontiac-GMC of Beaumont submitted a bid
in the amount of $24,383. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Pontiac-GMC of Beaumont, Texas, is the lowest
bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Pontiac-GMC of Beaumont, Texas,
in the amount of $24, 383. 00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
