WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of uniforms
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, R & R Uniforms of Houston, Texas submitted a bid
in the amounts as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by R & R Uniforms of Houston, Texas is the lowest bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by R & R Uniforms be accepted by the City
of Beaumont for the purchase of uniforms for the Police Department.
