WHEREAS, Michael Brumley, Councilman for Ward II has tendered
his resignation as Councilman for Ward II effective July 10, 1990;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont has accepted
such resignation and desires to appoint a person to fill the
vacancy so created for the remainder of the term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Guy Goodson be, and he is hereby appointed as City Councilman
for the office of Councilman for Ward II for the City of Beaumont
for the unexpired term of Michael Brumley.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
