RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The City Council has discussed the facts of the claim for bodily injury
damages of Clayton Davis in an Executive Session properly called and held; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the claim for bodily injury
damages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim for bodily injury
damages of Clayton Davis in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and
No/100 ($16,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of the claim for
property damage is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
