BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate
a settlement for weed cutting and liens against property of the
Eastern Star Baptist Church for an amount sufficient to cover the
City's costs and a substantial portion of the amounts billed and
to release the liens upon receipt of payment.
