RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1990, bids were received for the manufacture of four (4)
new distributor arms for the primary trickling filter south at the Sewage Treatment Plant on
Lafin Road; and,
WHEREAS, Burt's, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $43,077.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Burt's,
Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Burt's, Inc. in the amount of $43,077.00 for the manufacture of
four (4) new distributor arms for the primary trickling filter south at the Sewage Treatment
Plant on Lafin Road be and it is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day
of 1990.
