WHEREAS bids were received for furnishing and installing
• 104-ton air conditioning unit at City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Air Comfort, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
• bid in the amount of $38, 611.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas in
the amount of $38, 611. 00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for
installing a 104-ton air conditioning unit at City Hall.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
