R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an
Electronic Directional Tracking System for the Police Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Audio Intelligence Devices of Fort Lauderdale,
Florida submitted a bid in the amount of $22,537. 00 freight lost
not included; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Audio Intelligence Devices of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Audio Intelligence Devices in the amount
of $22,537. 00 plus the cost of freight for the purchase of an
Electronic Directional Tracking System for the Police Department
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
