R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
two (2) Direct Access Storage Facilities and one (1) Device
Function Controller from IBM Corporation of Beaumont. This is an
equipment component that is available from only one source, and
thus is exempt from bidding requirements.
