R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of various
sizes of PVC Adapters to be used with both concrete and clay pipe
by the Water Utilities Department/Sewer Maintenance Division for
water and sewer installation and repair projects being conducted
in the City of Beaumont, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $10,257. 17; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Coburn Supply Company is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply Company of Beaumont, Texas
in the amount of $10,257. 17 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for
the purchase of various sizes of PVC Adapters to be used by the
Water Utilities Department/Sewer Maintenance Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
