R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on September 26, 1989, City Council awarded a
contract to the Swain Company in the amount of �$23, 131. 00 for the
construction of a pre-Engineered Metal Building at the Sewage
Treatment Plant (Resolution 89-195) ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to the Swain Company in the
amount of $500. 00.
