WHEREAS, bids were received for a one year contract to
furnish commercial containers and collection services for various
City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Waste Management-Golden Triangle Company of
Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $24, 311.40; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Waste Management-Golden Triangle Company of Beaumont,
Texas, is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Waste Management-Golden Triangle in the
amount of $24, 311.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
