BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a grant agreement and other documents related to $1,425, 000. 00
capital and operating assistance grant for the Beaumont Municipal
Transit System from the Urban Mass Transportation Administration
of the U. S. Department of Transportation under the Urban Mass
Transportation Act of 1964, as amended.
