BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Beaumont Housing Finance Corporation
(BHFC) , to carry out the provisions of the Charlton-Pollard
Neighborhood Housing Revitalization Plan.
