BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
That Ray A. Riley, City Manager; Kandy Daniel, Treasurer; Walter
Thomas, Controller, and Billy D. Lindsey, be, and they are
hereby, designated as those persons who are authorized
signatories for a claims paying account #05000782045 at Texas
Commerce Bank for the purpose of paying health insurance claims
for City Employees by Greentree Administrators.
