BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement to the terms and conditions of a $2, 367, 000. 00
Financial Assistance Award from the Economic Development
Administration for the Spindletop Regional Development Project.
