R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS bids were received for furnishing a chassis to
mount on an existing ambulance body for the Emergency Medical
Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, Ambulance Sales & Services of Mansfield, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $31,561. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted in the amount of $31,561. 00 is the lowest and best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted above by Ambulance Sales & Service of
Mansfield, Texas in the amount of $31,561. 00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont to furnish a chassis for mounting on an existing
ambulance body.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
