WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a Human
Resource/Payroll Information System; and,
WHEREAS, HTE, Inc. of Orlando, Florida submitted a bid
in the amount of $48,766. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by HTE, Inc. of Orlando, Florida is the lowest and best
bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the
bid of HTE, Inc. in the amount of $48,766. 00 for the purchase of
a Human Resource/Payroll Information System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1990.
