BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed to H. H.
Houseman for the purchase of property, as described below, being held by virtue of a Sheriff's
Deed for delinquent taxes:
South one-half (2) of Lots 5 and 6, Block 18, Jirou Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of -91990.
