R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, -bids were received for furnishing one small
rubber track hoe excavator to be used by the Sewer Maintenance
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Eastex Farm and Home of Beaumont of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $24, 635. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Eastex Farm and Home of Beaumont is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eastex Farm & Home of Beaumont in the
amount of $24, 635. 00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
