HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 90-037 R E S O L U_1 I O N WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-way for the Major Drive (FM 364) Project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the Major Drive (FM 364) Project be, and the same is hereby, approved: Parcel 155: 0. 080 acres of land out of the Hezekiah Williams Survey, Abstract No. 56 (Partial Taking) Owners: Mr. & Mrs. Rex Gene White Approved Value: $4, 468. 00 Parcel 148: 0.172 acres of land out of the A. Huston Survey, Abstract No. 33 (Partial Taking) Owner: B. E. Grantors reserve all of the oil, gas and sulphur in and under the land herein conveyed but waive all rights of ingress and egress to the surface thereof for the purpose of exploring, developing, mining or drilling for same; however, -nothing in this reserva- tion shall affect the title and rights of the State to take and use all other minerals and materials thereon, therein and thereunder.
