BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
the purchase of two (2) Motorola Syntor x9000 Securenet Mobile
radios, seven (7 ) Motorola Saber Securenet portable radios and
one (1 ) Motorola Digital Voice Protection Encryption loader for
programming radios from Motorola Communications and Electronics,
Inc. in the amount of Twenty-three thousand three hundred and
fifty-eight and 18/100 dollars ( $23,358.18) .
