BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to apply to
the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for
a grant in the amount of Thirty-Eight Thousand Dollars ( $38,000. 00)
under the Emergency Shelter Grants Program to secure an emergency
shelter for the homeless.
