R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1 )
3/4-ton carryall-type vehicle for use in the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $19 ,548 ,00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Motor Company is the best and lowest bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Motor Company in the amount of
$19, 548. 00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
