R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 5, 1990, bids were received for the
purchase of water and sewer pipe for use in the Water Utilities
Department/Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, A & P Water and Sewer Supplies of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $59,945. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by A & P Water and Sewer Supplies is the best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid 'submitted by A & P Water and Sewer Supplies in the
amount of $59,945.00 for the purchase of water and sewer pipe for
use in the Water Utilities Department/Water Distribution Division
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
