R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways & Public
Transportation Commission passed Commission Minute Orders
regarding the Liberty-Laurel and West Lucas Street Projects in
December, 1989 ; and,
WHEREAS, the Minute Orders outlined the
responsibilities of the City and State on these projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
the Highway Commission' s Minute Orders and to execute the
appropriate documents accepting the Commission Minute Orders.
