RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a facilities agreement with
the Texas Department of Corrections and Jefferson County for services and facilities to be
provided to the maximum security prison to be constructed south of the City limits of the City
of Beaumont.
