BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an easement to Gulf States Utilities Company for underground
electrical service to the Tyrrell Park Garden Club, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
