R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
application with the Texas State Department of Highways & Public
Transportation for a Two Hundred Thousand Dollar ($200,000.00)
grant under the Local Match for Transit Providers Program for the
purchase of capital equipment associated with the transit system.
