WHEREAS, The City Council has discussed the facts of the claim for property
damage of Edward and Loyce Fonteno in an Executive Session properly called and held; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the claim for property
damage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim for property
damage of Edward and Loyce Fonteno in the amount of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred
Sixty-One Dollars and Forty-Five Cents ($7,761.45).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of the claim for
property damage is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
