R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase and installation of carpet in City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Bellard' s D & C, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted the following bid:
Materials $55,860.00
Labor 23,400.00
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bellard' s D & C, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bellard' s D & C, Inc. be accepted by the
City of Beaumont in the amount stated above for the purchase and
installation of carpet in City Hall.
