BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Coburn Supply Company of Beaumont the sum of Thirty-Eight Thousand
Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($38,520.00) for the emergency purchase
of 4500 feet of C-900 PVC water pipe to be used in the water system
services extension project for the new Beaumont/Jefferson County
Prison facility.
