WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of approximately 22,000 feet of
PVC pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply submitted a bid in the amount of$67,238; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply for the purchase of approximately 22,000 feet
of PVC pipe in the amount of$67,238 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
February, 2004.
