WHEREAS, bids were received for stabilizing the foundation of Fire Station No. 1;
and,
WHEREAS, Eagle-Pro Engineering, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$41,144;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Eagle-Pro
Engineering, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eagle-Pro Engineering, Inc., for stabilizing the foundation of
Fire Station No. 1 in the amount of$41,144 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
February, 2004.
