WHEREAS, bids were received for electrical improvements to the Loeb No. 1 Well
Site; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Electric Co., Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$33,400;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gulf Coast
Electric Co., Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Electric Co., Inc., for electrical improvements to the
Loeb No. 1 Well Site in the amount of$33,400 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
February, 2004.
