BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay IBM
Corporation for a two-year maintenance service agreement in the
amount of Forty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Dollars and
Twenty-Three Cents ($49,470.23 ) for all IBM machines currently
installed and under service.
