HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 89-259 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developers of the West Park Plaza Unit II, West Park Townhome Condominium Project and the Esplanade Shopping Center dedicated certain tracts of land for right-of-way purposes in accordance with the platting procedures of the City of Beaumont' s subdivision regulations; and, WHEREAS, the subdivision plats were filed of record in Volume 13, Page 97 of the Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, Volume 6, Page 278 of the Condominium Records of Jefferson County, Texas, and Volume 14, Page 132 of the Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, respectively; and, WHEREAS, the developers of said additions desire to have these parcels dedicated for public use as street right-of-way; and, WHEREAS, the dedicat ed right-of-way is necessary for the improvement of Major Drive; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the offers of dedication of the right-of-way, as shown on the plats attached hereto and marked as Exhibits "A11 , "B: and "C" are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont for street right-of-way purposes.
