R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 27, 1989, bids were received for
an annual contract to furnish computer paper for MIS; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Business Forms submitted the following
bid:
One part continuous bond stock (14-7/8" x 11 ") - $9.69/M
One part continuous bond stock (9-1 /2" x 5-1 /2" )- 6.78/M
Two part carbonless bond stock computer forms
(9-1 /2" x 11 ") - 46.50/M
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted above is the best bid submitted meeting specifications
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted above in the amounts listed be accepted by
the City of Beaumont for an annual contract for computer paper
for use by the MIS Division.
