RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The City Council has discussed the facts of the claim of Alton Guidry,
Jr. in an Executive Session properly called and held; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Alton Guidry,
Jr. in the amount of Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim is
hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1989.
