R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 27, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of two (2) fully automatic defibrillator units and one
data retriever for the EMS Division; and,
WHEREAS, Laerdal Medical Corporation or Armonk, New York
submitted a bid in the amount of $13,518.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Laerdal Medical Corporation is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Laerdal Medical Corporation be accepted
by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $13,518.00 for the
purchase of two (2) fully automatic defibrillator units and one
data retriever for use by the EMS Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
