WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted a certification of
a petition calling for the repeal of Ordinance 89-58; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under the Charter of the City
of Beaumont, desires to receive and consider such petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the certification of the petition for the repeal of Ordinance
89-58 by the City Clerk be, and the same is hereby, received and
shall be considered by the City Council.
