WHEREAS, Cause No. 41023 in the County Court of Jefferson County, Texas, by
Order dated December 22, 1980, a portion of the tax levy from Account No. 067050-013100
in the amount of $167.24 was split out and allocated to Account No. 067050-015410; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make these changes in order to correct the accounts
on the 1981 tax roll for the City of Beaumont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Account No. 067050-013100 be decreased in the amount of $167.24 and Account No.
067050-015410 be increased in the amount of $167.24 on the tax roll for the City of Beaumont
for the year 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Appraisal District be
authorized to supplement the 1981 tax roll for the City of Beaumont to reflect these changes.
